Man,
I was watching Uranium on Fuse TV. Well it was the 2005 Ozzfest special and guess what I fuckin seen.
Jada Pinkett Smith (Will Smith's wife) has a metal band. Let me repeat, she is the lead singer for a metal band, wicked wisdom, that is playing on ozzfest. Click here for details. Man... has ozzfest fallen that low? Anyone heard of this or have anything to add?

I would say throwing eggs at Iron Maiden, and cornering the market so heavily that they take advantage of metal bands by forcing them to pay to play the festival, and contributing to the 90's nu metal boon ( and then claiming afterward that Ozzfest is strictly anti-nu metal right when the NWOAHM hit ) is 'fag shit'.

I agree with you a little bit. Alot of the bands on the bill are metalcore/hardcore/not what should be at the Ozz. And yes, this forum does bitch when a band gets a bit too popular. I'm staying neutral on that one, though. Give the guy a break, he was partially right. And insulting his profession? 1, really childish, come on. 2, it pays good money. $9/hour starting, and you work 20 hours a week. And thats just starting, and not even full time.
I'm going to crawl back into the hole I came from. See you in a few days.

if they organized it sorta like the warped tour<not saying the warped tour is ideal, also i never actually went to one> just the idea you have 3 stages and like 50 bands would make it seem maybe worth checking out for the money it costs, that is if they actually get some decent bands to follow up the headliners<and good headliners, not fuggin metalcore trend shit> and not have so much youth culture gimmickry<skate ramps and shit,funny hats,poorly made pot smoking devices>overall i hate arena type setups 5$beer or a little 3rd world refugee ration of pizza or a fuggin pretzel 3$water bottles, in 110 degree,human packed, ripoff, vendor cluttered, make shift, suburban mallrat paradise
