hey BB, ever do any research on peptides? I've been particularly interested in IGF. Specifically IGF-1 DES and IGF-1 LR3. IGF is a fairly common peptide in recent years, but there's plenty of others which haven't really been tested much, but show very very promising results.

Yes, here and there. I bought Anabolics 10 ed. by William Llywellyn several months ago..not only does it include solid steroid profiles, but has peptide and GH info as well. I haven't read a great deal about them, other than dabbling into IGF-1 and HGH. I would definitely recommend the encyclopedia. It's fairly easy to follow even for the average meathead lol.
My understanding is that insulin is best used in conjunction with GH for maximum results.
Starting a run of test, eq, and tbol in a few months. Kinda like a lean bulk type diet. Can't wait.

Aren't those peptides just insulin? I know they have a quite different composition of amino acids though.
So what exactly do they do in comparsyion to normal insulin? Faster cell reproducing?

It stimulates growth. From Wiki:

from all the research I've done, HGH is extremely overhyped and not worth the price at all. Not when you have IGF-1 and GHRP peptides out here for a fraction of the cost and greater results when used properly.

Thanks. I find with arm growth = lesser weight/10-15 reps. I've been focusing on this for the past year or more and they have gotten bigger and more defined. As well as to switch up your exercises and routines. I hate seeing guys throwing weights around(using several back and shoulder muscles) while doing primarily curls.

I can see how it would add another element to a work out. The body would constantly change and if the vibration was extreme it would probably improve co-ordination, too. I know when I'm on the tractor a couple hours the vibration makes my legs half numb so doing anything after that is more difficult which is probably making the muscles work more.

There is no way to prove it. It's not hard to get someone else to do it for you and pretend it's you. I actually know a few people myself that that resemble me enough that i could record with a cell phone camera and you might think it's me, especially considering most of you guys don't really know me, and none of you actually know me in person. There is no full proof way to prove it, but post the video anyway. I wouldn't mind making him go out of way to falsely prove himself to a group of people who don't give a shit about him anyway.
