I don't really lift heavy anymore. I do a lot of crossfit type stuff with the unit I'm in, circuit type workouts with some fundamental lifts involved.

Doing Crossfit my self now. Leaning more to the heavy lifting side of it though. I really need to put on more functional muscle mass.
