Need help in my setup please!

I have a Marshall Vs100 head with a Crate Gt412 Cab and i dont know how to hook them up. The Head says the load must be greater than 4 ohms can someone help!

I'd advice to look out when your in this forum.. there are some people here, and they want to do things.. and it DOES include "loads" in their plans....

I dont know where to connect the cables to./ do i need two cables?
