strings on floyd rose

can i say does it make a differance what gauge string you use on a floyd rose trem.will it react the same?

Yes you can say that, and you just did



Regarding your question it depends on how big of a gauge you wanna go to, on my ran i have 12's and my floyd is set up fine.

yes, but you may have to adjust the tension on the floyd. what tuning are you putting it in?

sweet man thanks, i was worried because i use 12's and i heard bad things! thanks guys!
i tune a half a step down!and i jus got a floyd rose.
what sould i look out for, any sugestions or problem you came across using 12's?

look out for the string just getting loose of the block that sets it in. mine did it right in the middle of a show and i thought it was broke but then my friend and "guitar tech" helped me put the sting back into the slot and tighten it up.
