I decided it would be a good idea to not put these in the media thread because this will catch more attention. Someone was nice enough to make videos doing the technique and thankfully, someone was nice enough to put them up on metaltabs .
The basic motion
Left foot
Singles and doubles, around 250bpm
Stuff
Try this out if you havent before, it isnt too hard to get down. Heres some tips: Its easier to do heel-toe when your foot board is higher than normal, and your beaters should be about 3-4 inches away from your head. It's hard with shitty pedals too. Have fun.

Not years of Practice, I can get a 200 Bpm or So heel toe going, but I have a shit left foot and I can't play it over stuff, I can just sit down and do it, I am at the mo Accentuating my heel toe with my left to make it stronger, might try doing a vid of me doing it but probably not, but it DIDN'T take me Years and Years to do that, just under Half a year to get a Heel Toe Roll going, maybe another year to be able to use it in something, although I am trying, like Triplet 'bursts' like this: Rh L RT etc.
