Behemoth DVD - Crush Fukk Create
Has anyone has the joy of purchasing the latest Behemoth DVD? I got it off ebay a few weeks ago and i found that its a pretty decent disc. The first show is killer with pyrotechnics, night time and a fairly small stage. The sound isnt too bad either.
The second live show looks like it takes place in a mall or something during the daytime. There are no props onstage, no fire, just the band playing in the daytime wearing their stupid "Beyond the grave" style make-up (which i dont find to be very cool at all).... There is some MAJOR reverb (echo) on the vocals so they overpower the music entirely. It actually looks like they are doing a video shoot or something cause some of the camera shots look so rehearsed and acted that i cant really get into it.
There is some home video footage of the band in Part 2 of the dvd. It contains some pretty cool shots of the guys hanging out with other bands and doing stupid things. Lots of drinking and such. One thing i find quite stupid is when they decide to go piss on a car and shit like that.
Overall i give this dvd a 70% because the first live show is amazing. The rest of the disc licks balls so they're lucky to get a 70 in my opinion. Anyone else see this? Post your comments.

i have the audio rips. the drummer plays too damn fast for the rest of the band and the mix is lousy

I'll pick this up. I like Behemoth's old stuff like Sataniac and Thelma.
I wonder how the vocals live when they are doing the stuff off of Demigod? Didn't he record like 10 tracks for the vocals? How is he going to immulate that live.

Hmm, I find this dvd to be quit good. The sound may not be perfect, but it`s fully listenable, at least for me. And behemoth dosn`t suck live!

hes not. when i saw them he sounded like he did on one most of the other albums
and i wish thats how it sounded on the demigod album. its just cluttered weak nonsense on demigod

Thier drummer, Inferno, is fucking god at drums. IMO hes the best drummer out there, and def. my favorite.

I haven't actually heard them live, a friend told me they sucked ass horribly, and the whole "pot smoking" thing is completely irrelevent to the topic. I haven't had a toke in a few weeks actually.

I think it is pretty good. The shows are good, and the backstage clips are hilarious :lol:, but I think it is a bit too much "behind the scene" material.

he's definatly awesome. i wish he would add a bit more dynamics to his drumming though, theres too many monotonous beats/blasts that make every song sound pretty much the same. I find that he's very precise in his drumming.

yes. he doesnt have the power he had on zos. i dont much remember the live show and i dont remember how his vocals were. if anybody has any behemoth bootlegs post zos PM me even if this post is like a year old
