What effects is shagrath using in this song? I know distortion, but what gives him that hiss/lisp at the end of some of his words Ex. 1:44

reverb... distortion... maybe a touch of delay... all of those help sustain of your guitar by dragging on the note a tiny bit, so he could've applied it to his voice

Hey i just got the Digitech Vocal 300, any tips on programming it to get close to the sound of shagrath on this song? ive been trying for a while but to no avail.

on some songs it sound slike he uses a phaser flanger kinda thingy, or maybe a bit wah wah ish, wel thats how it sounds to me
