Clean sliding...

I'm having problems when sliding along two strings when playing clean, like this:

Code:
C#------------------ G#------------------ E ------------------ B --1/2-2-2/5-5\4-- F#--2/3-3-3/6-6\5-- C#------------------ (From My Dying Bride - The Scarlet Garden)

I get that scratchy sound a little bit like a pickslide when im sliding between these, is it just replacing these old strings that will remedy this, or is there something else that'll help?

strings will do that depending on what kinda tone you got goin on. Especially on an acoustic. Maybe string cleaner, or new strings might help. String cleaner slickens the strings up with a very small oiley feel to them.
