I have no idea if they are mentally competent or not. In regards to whether the material is legal or not, I have no idea. If they're mentally competent I don't see the pics as being especially shocking. People with severe physical deformities or disabilities need fuckin' as much as the next sentient creature, but I think I agree that photographing it and putting it online probably isn't being done out of a desire to ingratiate these people into society (i.e. "they wanna be pornstars, too! Support their rights!") because I highly doubt that anyone with these kinds of conditions is looking for porn involving people with the same affliction they have. If I'm paralysed in a car accident I'm not gonna suddenly start liking paralysed women.
