hi guys!its my first visit in drums zone!help me with something plz!is anybody using danmar felt beaters on axis a longboards?do you think that they are better than the standard axis beater?the straight ones,not the sonic hammers!sonic hammers suck in my opinion!i am waiting your answers,thanks for your time...

I love the standard beaters, although I have to have a kick patch otherwise by bass skin dies very quickly, but beaters are beaters, they only difference is the sound and weight (and in some cases, the length) once you have found the beater that gives you the sound you like then go for it.

I like the danmar beaters better than both axis beaters, but they all have their advantages.

danmar beaters rebound better,in my opinion.and generally they have a better feel.a friend of mine gave me a pair of them,and i am very satisfied!i will buy them,probably from e bay,its a joke to ask for something like that in a greek drumstore!
