Hi!
I was going to sell my JCM 2000, but a lot o friends told me that the Marshalls with the pod XT Pro has brutal sounding.

Now I don´t know what to do, because I have got the TRiplee XXX in 1245euros, and I can Buy a POd XT pro (with model packs, harcase, footswitch,...) for araound 900 euros.
SO I don´t know what to do. I´m going to try the POd xt with the Marshall, but I don´t know if this is fine or is better the triple xxx as is .

If you could keep both , The XXX is a great metal amp but in my opinion is a bit limited , with the Marshall its more versatile and if you need more gain upfront you can jack it up with a Zakk overdrive or some thing, So if you could Keep both , I have Both, and I love them em both , But the truth is the XXX is to me others may disagree a one trick pony , actually I like the JSX head better than the XXX but thats my preference.
truth be told Im not a Metal Player in the true sense , Im more into the old school Heavy Metal so you may disagree.
