Celestions Neodymium Speakers
Does anybody have any experience with these speakers?
THESE DAMMIT
I've heard good things about them (only from the website of course) and am still looking for the right componets to put into a cab for my triple recto...whenever I get it re-tubed,

I have never played a cab with them but I know that the speakers weigh far less then normal ceramic speakers. Neodynium magnets can smash the fingers off your hand if you are not careful with them. They are STRONG as hell and hardly ever lose their magnetism over time. In most cases you can't get them apart once they attract each other.
They are the crazy glue of the magnet world. A little goes a long ass way.

i think that's what they're using in the vox amps these days. and if thats so, they're great. but maybe not for metal if you're considering throwing them in a beat up 1960a.

The description they give for them is that would do quite well for metal.....basically
EDIT: The reviews at Harmony Central are mostly mixed, most of the guys that reviewed it are jazz and blues guys....hmm
They do say it cuts through, and it is very loud...but I am trying to figure how it would sound for my application
The general consensus seems to be with Vintage 30's..if anything I could both in a 4x12 at an angle....who knows....look into it more if you get a chance xdisx
