Yes, Sam would go nuts over it if it was serious. On her myspace, half of her friends are black metal bands that no-one has ever heard of (for good reason).
By the way, I find it ironic that AxCx had a song called "you're in a coma," and low and behold *BAM*. Seth goes into a coma. I sent him an email when he was in rehab telling him he deserved it. 
I hate Seth Putnam. But he is a funny, funny bastard.

I love Goatwhore. I liked that last Emperor album. I liked Dissection's Storm Of The Light's Bane. That is all. My buddies have always been into black metal, so I can say with complete honesty that I've given black metal a good chance, but most of it sounds tardtastic to me.
