anyone with a ibanez rg 1570????
im bout to order a new guitar, most likely an ibanez rg 1570 since il get a good deal from the local guitar dude, wich i know verry well, i owned a 1572(7string) a year or so ago, so i know the chape of the neck and body fits me etc.
but im wondering bout the colors, mirage red???, all the pics i could find on the internet of the rg1570 mirage red looked like grey blackish te me, or is it like dark purple or sumtin???
anyone have a real pic that shows how it looks, cuz i couldnt find anything clear enough to see what it is (i also searched here but i couldnt find shit so on the color or pics)

thnx guys, thing is, i just wanted to know what that mirage red color looks like for real lol, its called red but it looks anything but red on the pics, so im confused by it.

damn, i just went to check that guitar in a store, its DAMN UGLY omg
it horrified by its uglyness
but i found a nicer one second hand, with flamedmaple top

hes asking 800euros, but i might be able to talk some money off, cuz its damaged, scratches etc. i dontknowe yet, i have to wait 2 weeks till the dude is back from sweden  unless i find a other nice deal.
im playing my dads crappy guitar now

I have a 1570 and play it actively, it's silver and has DiMarzio X2N in the bridge and I'm looking at getting a DiMarzio Breed for the Neck, but it's playability is flawless, and I definately think you should grab one. For my first guitar, it's incredible, and I've enjoyed it so much I want to grab an Ibanez SZ for standard tuning and stuff. Ibanez made one awesome guitar.

i did like the way it plays, its just the colors they have now are simply horribly ugly, its making me sick, its kitch, its just ugly. i didnt like the stock pu's at all, the bridge pu was oke, but the neck pu simply sounded like shit to me. also, that other guitar im lookign at is 50 euros more, but ill have a tonezone and a paf pro, instead of some crap ibz pups.
1 more thing, this guitar wil be a step back from a jackson usa, wich was simply awesome (xept for the price ) so i want atleast a guitar wich good pups, or its just not worth anything to me

ur right, but selling all my racks tuff and my guitar saved me up enough money to pay off my debts and saving some on a guitar.
i sold almost everything for more than i expected. but i dont have a axe at the moment, xept for my dads, wich is a piece of crap.
and the axe im looking at is 800, but its damaged, scratches etc, zo i might be able to talk some money off.

it was kinda fucked to sell myu gear, but i still have my cab and my engl.
thing i miss most would be my intellifex, nomore sweet delays and reverbs.
