The comment about the IRA phoning was meant more as a sarcastic observation rather than a statement of fact that they were even giving us any kind of sporting chance(guess I should have used an icon? sorry for that) As a kid I always thought it very bizarre that they had these official code words that they used when they phoned up so Scotland Yard knew it was the genuine IRA trying to blow up our citizens!!!

I think it's great that after our emancipation from England that we can work together towards a common cause. Even though it happened hundreds of years ago I still think it's cool and maybe shows some hope for other countries battling for religious freedoms.

well, if someone poisioned water supplies, a lot more people will be influenced by it, if it's done at its best.. I mean there's no way you can get into Schiphol airport with a bomb these days, though it's probably way easier to throw some shit into a water cleansing plant. that's a scary thought!

I don't think Canada is first on their "Must Kill" list but think about it. Lets just say they managed to destroy the US government and have setup a Islamic fundimental system to control and cleanse its people. Where do you think they would go next? Mexico?
If they ever catch a Canadain citizen they will find a reason to make another example of their faith to the world.

I honestly don't see a reason why you should. There are targets here in Delaware where I live. About 10-15 miles up the road in Wilmington, there are several major banking corperation's head offices, one of which my mother works at. There is a nuclear plant across the bay in Jersey, which has raise cause for concern many a time after 9/11. It never really gets me concerned, although I do think about "what if." And see, the problem with these extremist is that they are not attacking the troops. They are killing innocent civilians, who have done nothing to deserve ending up as a pile of mush on the sidewalk. I see no reason for London to be attacked. We honestly need to cut off all contact with the middle east (oil, I know. I'm not stupid, I know where our petroleum comes from). But that is the only way this is ever going to stop. They don't like our policies over in that region, and there isn't a damn thing we can do short of cutting off contact with those countries.

I think souli's description is pretty accurate from what I've read about Islam. I'm not sure how the ones that are accepting our help over there feel about the extremeists. It seems that they'd be just as anxious to destroy the rest of us, too. But Mohammed's main goal was to strike down anyone that wasn't of his belief. You should have gone to my church. We watched the rock opera "Tommy" in confirmation class although I don't know for what reason and I only remember thinking some of the songs from it that were on the radio sounded better in the studio versions than in the operetic score. Our church was very family oriented and the ministers there while I was growing up were cool as heck. They let me teach Sunday School for about 6 years and you know what I'm like!!
Then long after I left they got an interim minister that ended up getting busted by the FBI for downloading child porn on the church computers. They were confiscated. I never met the guy, but that's really sad. It's a beautiful 200 year old building. There was a lot of heart in it. I don't have a clue how it is now.

I wouldn't read too much into it. Have you seen how voluminous his book of predictions is? Jesus, this guy churned them out at a prolific rate! Not to mention that to describe his predictions as vague is an understatement of multiversal proportions. Nostrodamus was nothing more than an attention seeking whore who played on the uneducated of his day by bamboozling them with amatuer mysticism, ie, he was a lying cunt.

Yes, but Nostrodamus did wash his hands a lot.
I read a book back around 1980 that said the Great Pyramid's inner steps predicted a timeline of events up to a certain point and was pretty accurate. I don't remember where it ended though. I think there are people who are seers whether they're famous or infamous. I guess, honestly, we may never know for sure.

nostradamus made thousands of vague predictions. hes full of shit, and not to be even considered. half of his "work" online is most likely stretched and pulled to make it have more relevance. there was a big nostradamus "forseeing" about 9/11 about twin brothers dying , but it turned out to be false and not really his prediction
