Pfft, the only reason M.A.B is faster then that guy is because he can do that thing where he riffs rightsideup and upside down really fast, this may sound confusing, so watch the video. Its so fast it sounds like complete shit. while Rusty and Franchesco, are at least technical as well.

The 'over under' technique isn't all that hard to do quickly with a couple of hours practice. It's a good wanker show off technique though.
And the Rusty Cooley song isn't all that hard to play if you can do the basic shred techniques well (sweeps, string skipping and of course alternate picking). I've learnt the sweeps, 16th at 170bpm, within minutes.

I kind of agree with him. It's shit to think that omitting lead was/is deemed 'kewl' in nu-metal but he obviously hasn't heard Psycroptic. |
