MY ARM!
lately ive been trying to play "slit your guts" by Cryptopsy, but my right arm (picking) is weak... i cant trem pick, economy pick, galope, or anything... i just picked up the guitar and it feels like ive been playing for days... can some one tell me whats wrong?

u probaly ioverdid playing.
i had the same thing with my frertting hand a few weeks ago, just powerless, copuldnt play the easiest shit etc.
give it a week to rest a bit and it should be fine.
also, massage ur ram before and after playing, that did a good jiob for me.

Its wierd, i always hear about peoples picking hand/arm getting sore, but its always my fretting wrist that fucks out - usually from doing power chords.

used to happen to me alot... adjust your strap so its higher on your body, it will lessen the bending in your right (if your right handed) wrist and put less strain on your muscles...
