GHS FastFret
Has anybody else tried this??? It is sold in music shops and meant for all stringed instruments. It cleans the strings and brightens the sound. And prolongs the fingerboard. And lets you play faster. I bought it a few days ago and my old strings feel like new....

im not sdure if mine is ghs, but its the same stuff for sure (same kind) i love it on brand new strings
i think mine is called fast fret
EDIT: LOL blame it on beer it took a while beforee i noticed the fastfret part in the thread name

yeah i use fast fret, but youve got to make sure its fresh.
otherwise it does the opposite of what it says. iv'e ruined a brand new set of strings by using 2 year old stuff.

Ive never used fast fret personally, but I have had a friend who screwed up new strings by also using an old bottle. |

No offence but someone could shit in a bag and sell it as some kind of "shortcut" or "miracle" product and MANY would fall for it and then praise its wonders.

do u think its juice, u drink it and play faster afterwards??? lol
anyway (for those that dont know what it is does whatever)
u put it on the strings wich make em a bit slippery, wich results in faster slides, and the feel gets a bit nice, wich mostly results in faster playing IMO
