If you could play an instrument in any band, who would it be?
The band i would enjoy playing for most would be Opeth. But i would also like to play with Decapitated and Sepultura with Max, obviously.

I would want Jon Nodviedt to let me play lead in Dissection. I think his rythm's are dull and mundane though Dissection is my all time favorite band.
I would also like to play anything in Mutiilation, Countess, Immortal, Carcass(in the day) and so many others but those are the ones I would die to play.
I think Mutiilation would be my first choice. Dissection's new material isn't as appeasing to me, even so I can never dislike such a great band.

Guitar: I'd get a hold of Krist and Dave and reform Nirvana so the band would no longer be stereotyped for their shittiest album (  nevermind). We'd take it back to the old days. 
Bass: Primus. Les Claypool can take a break. I've got some kickass slap/pop crazy rock riffs/weird song writing abilities of my own and can't find a drummer/guitarist willing to play such strange music. So yeah, as long as I'm daydreaming, I would steal the drummer and guitarist from Primus. 
Drums: Maybe Metallica. I'm not much for blast beats, so I'd have to take something simpler like them. Still, fun to rock out with it and plenty of double kick I can throw in there.
Vocals: Pig Destroyer. Fucking JR Hayes pisses me off. I wouldn't change anything about the music, just the vocals. Pure death metal vocals, baby. None of that high pitched screeching. Then, Pig Destroyer would be complete. 
Baseball Bat: 50 Cent. I'd kill 'em with two swings. Then his demonic hippity-hoppity reign would finally be over.
Eh, I know I must sound arrogant assuming I can "bring so much to the bands" with my talents. Nope. That's not it. There are plenty of musicians out there way better than me. But hell, a guy can dream, can't he? |
