Yes, and it's already been proved concretely in polls (on this site) that 97.6% of people here think that the ultimate rig is a Metal Master with Hi-Fi speakers. Almost everyone here has their dream set-up already, including myself. I suggest you go for it too.

Hey I was just tryin to get some ideas on what kind of shit to buy. I never was really into buyin alot of gear but now I'm in a pretty cool band and need to have some good shit to back up my superior guitar playin ability. I,ve been lookin in the back of guitar world were they show certain bands rigs but from the way yall talk it should'nt be trusted 100%. And I aint been on this forum very long to know what all has already been talked about.  |

gues my dream rig for now would be:
jackson warrior usa (o wait i have it)
mesa tripple rectifier or some engl top (not sure yet, cant deside and im poor  )
rocktron intellifex (have it already)
rack harmonizer
rack tuner
a few 2x12 cabs (bout 4  )
andeuhm?? probaly sumtin else

but i wouldn't mind something like this
at least it would get the job done
or maybe this would sound pretty brOoTAL W1TH THR33 MT-@S in front of it.

I've seen that huge-amount-of-gear pic before. To me that's supremely unnecessary.
For me?
Jackson RR (have it) -----> some ENGL (have it) ------> FX Unit ------> decent sounding cab.
Throw in something that can control my ENGL via midi as well and a midi floor controller and there you go.

Someone offered me a marshall 1960 cab with a framus cobra in trade for my ENGL powerball with my mesa 4x12" cab.
Is that a good deal ? And if the trade will be made, I have 2 mesa 4X 12" cabs. But if I trade i end up with having one marshall 1960 and one mesa. Will taht sound wierd in any way ?.Btw, I never played a framus before. I can play it at the guys house. but that will be over a week. maybe some guys have an opinion of it I can use now.
And I'm sorry if I hijacked the thread with this question

he's got about 39 preamps now i think. he just bought a bogner triple giant(not the hafler/bogner version, only like 50 in the world) for like $2,000. plus his CAE 3+ probably ran him a couple G's, as well as his matchless, his bogner fish, those two rivera tbr's, his couple hundred pedals, his cab's, all his fx processors. the custom racks to hold everything... i mean, man i could go on for days.
