I recently bought a Boss GT-8 effect pedal and when i made my own sound it started to make a disturbing noise when i touch my strings. I tried to change whole te effect but it keeps making that noise. Does anybody know what the problem might be?

Have you checked your jack socket and the pickups on the guitar? They could be loose and it may just be a coincidence

Check all of your settings and make sure none of them are turned up to maximum. I used to own a gt6(before purchasing a 5150).
Also, check your "patch level" knob and make sure that isnt turned up too high, and the output knob on the back of the unit, sometimes when that is maxed out it can make alot of noise.

Other than that, check your cables and jacks.
