if you get a whammy style guitar make sure you get one that can stay in tune. i.e. not one with a licensed floyd.
overall i've never played a guitar that stays in tune better with whammy work than my parker fly deluxe. though the whammy is no where near as extreme as a khaler or floyd. but it stays in tune .
