1. my guitar has a 25.5" scale. what is that scale? like which two points on the guitar are 25.5" away from each other. i hope you understand what im on about
2. what does jumbo frets refer to, bigger fret wire or bigger spaces between the fret wire?
3. which sized fret would be best suited for me. i have large hands. should i get jumbo, medium or small?

Scale length is the distance from the nut to the bridge (the E string i believe)
The fret specification is the size of the actual fret wire, not the size of the actual fret
Which ever you feel more comfortable playing with, people are different!
Hope that helped

Check the frets on your "Metal AXXE", they're proabably extra jumbo. If you feel comfortable with those, then stick with 'em.
I guess it's more of a case of what you're used to, which coincides with what you prefer.
(As for your other questions, what sqol said ^)

I prefer medium fret wire, most like extra jumbo, that is totally preference. You'd have to play them yourself to find what you like, and I don't think it realy has to do with the size of your fingers. I think most guitars come with extra jumbo.
Good questions User01 !

1. Baritones have a longer scale neck so it's easier to tune down.
2. I'm not quite sure but I don't think you can.

Nylon strings don't have any metal mass to them, and considering electric guitars work by the string vibrating within the pickup's electromagnetic field, you won't be able to use nylon strings
