Another question

Does it hurt my guitar if I change suddenly the string gauge from .9 to .10?
I have a floyd rose bridge, I know that I will have to fuck ewith the springs, but
do I have to set the intonation or fuck with the truss rod?

Man, I get real sweaty after I wack my dong.
