Even though I love Opeth, I love Slayer more. Opeth is going to win but Slayer is the only band that captures metaltabs perfectly.

When I chose Opeth it's not because I liked them, this vote doesn't prove anything about that. What's most popular isn't always best, as we know because comparetively metal itself isn't as popular in america as rap. But to choose the band that best represents the sight it's obvious to choose Opeth. They are talked about and praised so much here it's insane. Somedays it seems like this place should have a seperate forum just for opeth fans.
