I got the 2nd time Tendovaginitis (?well that was the only word i found for it in my dictionary hrhr) in my left arm/hand. Got it the first time last summer.. well was probably trought playing lots of guitar every day (during that time lots of scale stuff only played as hammerons etc.) and some rennovation where i carried really heavy stuff around..that together fucked my left hand i think. I got several zinc-lime-bandages and i think it were about 2-3 month that i couldn't play guitar. Everything was ok afterwards and now a few weeks ago it began once more I am so fucked up.. the doctors were i have been seem to have not really an idea of how to hadle this sick shit, so it's always like "ok here you go with a bandage, bye..". Now i got gypsum on my left hand for 2 weeks and my right hand starts to hurt too (definately NOT of playing guitar, cause i'm not able to do that for some reason 0_0 ). Anyone who did have that shit too and can help me with tips what to do? Or should i quit playing guitar for one year for total regenertion or what? I am so fucked up

you either have it for life and your fucked. or like you said take a year off from guitar and let it heal fully or else youll just keep getting it over and over

i think the original guitarist from immortal has a sever case of something like tendonitis and can never play guitar again or some shit

My arm got injured when I fell asleep on it January 7th, 2002, not from the false reports that state anything to the contrary, and I was told that I would not gain full use of my arm ever again that I would be lucky if I even got 80%.
