I'd stick a blue velvet in the middle.
Those are definately worth the money. They aren't true customs though. They are production models made back in the '80s.

ah, looks like a pretty good deal, if it doesn't go up too much. the headstock looks pretty badly damaged on those pics. that's really a shame
looks like an OFR, can't really see on the pics, the closeup things don't work here.
I guess you could get a Kramer stagemaster or nightswan for around the same price, maybe you'de want to look into them, those are the best 80's metal guitars, IMO.
there's on in excellent condition on ebay now, mind you, these things are pretty damn rare and now there's two on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...ssPageName=WDVW
original floyd rose and great pickups and neck, superb guitars. shame about the gay finish but you can easily solve that with some custom paintjob, the guitar is definetly worth it. (allthough some nitpickers would like to keep it in original state)
doesn't happen a lot. I once found a Stagemaster too, the only one I ever saw on ebay, the guy ended the auction before the end ''because everybody was waiting out till the end to place a bid'' I got fucking angry, thats how e-bay works you stupid fuck!!! So the guy never sold it, sadly enough because I had more then 1000 bucks laying around for it at that moment. (it was in outstanding condition and a custom too..)
you can get really lucky on ebay but you need to know what you're buying, some sellers only give half the info you need, it's annoying, same goes with crappy quality pics.
