Ed's pictures are in focus. When I met him he looked just like that. What you guys don't realize is that central Holland is actually out of focus and oddly lit. It's really disconcerting when you get off a train in Utrecht, or drive through, and suddenly everything's fuzzy, but that's how it is. You get used to it. After a while the rest of the world seems too sharp and bright. Anyway, the point is: his photos are fine. It's the world that's fuzzy. If he was in focus and well lit, he'd actually be taking a bad picture, assuming a picture's job is to transcribe reality. In reality, Def is a blurry man and Holland a blurry country; thus, a blurry photo.

If you compare his pictures of Rhenen and Utrecht with pictures taken, using the same camera, of Bavaria or Brno or Novi Sad, you'd see the camera was fine.

Aside from when he's drunk. But, even then, it's not the camera's fault for being the only sober witness.

if you want endurence long reps, low weights.

Also, if your a natually skinny person it may be very hard for you to put on ANY weight what so ever. You could work out 7 days a week, twice a day and eat a supermarket for breakfast, lunch and dinner and still be a skinny stick. I know lots of hockey players that have this exact problem....
