The Best Signature Guitar Ever, Give A Reason
What do you all think is the best Custom Guitar Ever?
Zakk Wyldes Les Paul? George lynchs Kamikaze?
Rhandy Roads V? You pick, but give a reason.
I Pick George Lynchs New ESP Signature Model? It plays extremely well And looks like it could kill you

i liked the washburn custom dimebag models especially the blue lightning model, because the body shapes fairly original and they sound so good.

I've played only 2 sig guitars. The ESP LTD DV8R Dave Mustaine sig and a custom Fender Stratocaster Yngwie Malmsteen sig with a '72 neck. As much i love megadeth and non trem fying V's with seymour duncan pups nothin and i repeat nothing can compare to that strat. It's absolutely marvelous . Full scalloped neck, vintage tremolo HS3 and YJM pups extra jumbo dunlop frets... man i think it's the best guitar in the world. The most beautiful thing about that strat is that i feels any move you make . So if you don't play like a pro you're fucked (and yes i suck at guitar but that's another thing ) It's not a br00tal metal guitar like the ones you guys mentioned but who wants br00tal distorsion when you have a creamy stratocaster. To bad it wasn't mine

well probably the ibanez jem
such a sweet guitar, feels sooo nice and the neck is amazingly fast. too bad about the monkey grip.
if ibanez made a mick thomson signature rg, that would be my favorite signature guitar. his rg kicks ass. well it would do, its based on the jem so i hear.

I dont know why to buy signature guitars. Only if you have some selfrespect problems. Extra money, no personality. You should use your guitar not the other players who made the name by working hard.
I cant imagine myself going on the stage with signature guitar

I agree with Marliks, I always found it funny to see people like the dude from Cryptopsy with a Dime signature guitar on stage.

i like the Randy Rhaods V cuz there are so many models, im getting the 300 dollar one with in a week, and its a beast.
The Zakk Wydle "Grial" is most defentatly a beast, how ever its probly the most expensive non-vintage guitar i've seen (5,000), other than of coarse the Jimmy page super signature les paul series with his autograph, one sold for 55,000
But i would love to get my hands on either a ESP Dave Mustiane Model or a Music Man Pettrucci model.

heh... i've only played the KKV signature... and its the only B.C. Rich that felt or sounded decent... but for looks, definately the Randy Rhodes polkadot V with the funky head that looks like a harpoon.

I would have to say the George lynch Kamakizie. Not the ltd model.
The guitar had great action and I could hit harmonics any where.
The sound was massive. The guitar was a bit heavy though. But no pain no gain right? The neck to my hands and fingers also felt so comfortable.

The RR is pretty cool one of the few original designs to come along in the last 50 years, except some of BC riches designs of course...
It was the base for the Double rhoads, which was made smaller and then became the king V, allthough the RR is a better shape for me...
Plus people rarely ever automatically think of Rhandy with the pointy shape the current RR's are they asociate him most with the shortwing rhoads, the LP Custom, and Sandoval V...

He must be out of his fucking mind to charge that much for a guitar, not to mention the parts he sells too. $750 for and an unfinished body or neck!!!!

but if you want a guitar thats made to the exact same specifications a mr rhoad's look no further than karl sandoval.(with the dots in the right place)

Either Uli Jon Roth's custom Sky guitar(has like 36 frets). Just imagine those octaves. . .who cares how corny the guitar looks. The Vai guitar that he had custom made that is divided into quarter semi-tones. . . the one he uses to play in Xavian(his little quarter semi-tone scale. . . rather than the customary half semi-tones). Although, the V's that randy rhoads designed then Jackson and ESP perfected are great. Then again I eventually want Conklin to make me a guitar. . . like a 9 string, perhaps with fanned frets. . . That would be so crazy and awesome. Any other guitar I liked I omitted because yeah of course. . .remembered they weren't signature guitars. I'll say that the Jimmy Page Les Paul and the Zakk Wylde Les Paul's are probably the most "too expensive" of signature models. . . .
