Programming drums

Apologies if this subject has already been covered, I did several seraches and couldn't find what I was looking for

What's the best program for sequencing DM drums? I've got Reason 2.5 at the moment but I'm not too keen on the factory drum sounds. If anyone could let me know where to either get a decent metal drum sound bank for Reason or let me know of any programs with decent drum patches, that would be brilliant

Fruity loops is a great program, but later versions are rather complex.
Just search for the "real drum" fileset as I recall.
