50 watt of power for a gig. Is it enough?

I'm looking for a new amp and my eyes are set on the Marshall AVT50H a 50 watt Stack.

The problem is I'm not sure if 50 watts is enough power, to gig at say a large hall.

Any Suggestions?

Ouch...

That's enough power to rock a club IF you have a good cabinet. A 100Watt amplifier can only put out 3dB more than a 50Watt amp, so there's really not that much difference in reality...
