Sweet METAL! effect pedals for BASS!
Hey everyone, i know of course distortion is sweet for metal, but what are some other sweet effects like i know i seen larry graham play a slap solo with a jet phaser and it sounded like a metal solo, so if anyone knows anything about how to get a sweet metal sound out of bass............

try doing pitch harmonics in the middle of soloing with a little DOD death metal distortion

There are so many effects out there. Get what I've got -- the Digitech RP200. It's for guitar, but it kicks ass with bass. Practically all the sounds, effects, and features you could ever want. They make the BP series, but for metal and shit like that I'd prefer the RPs.  |

I got a BASS30 I thinks it's called, anyways it works great, lots of cool effects on it.
