What should I buy!! RAWR!

Okay so I visited my grandmothers and they gave me and my bro some cash, now, what I'm going to with them is a bit uncertain but I know I need to buy some tuners and fretwire for my project guitar and when thats done I'll have some money over. Ive got about 150$, when ive bought the tuners and shit, 100$ left, maybe less if that fretwire is shorter than i expected.

So with the remaining 100$ I was thinking I could do something like this:

1. Buy a brand new BOSS GE-7 and trade in my shitty MD-2 as some of the payment.
2. Buy a new bridge pickup for the RG, Ive seen a couple of JB's go for under 100$ the last few days here and also other pickups like the Evo or Breed.
3. Buy this old Ibanez Explorer copy without pickups and something funny with it, preferably restore it .
4. Some good cables.
5. Get a tech to setup the geetar.

Now vote bitches, and also say something about it!

PS: My guess is that I'm going with the EQ but I'll post this anyway.

Yerr, its tempting to buy one, but theres like only JB's for sale right now , and I could get rid of my MD-2 if i bought the GE-7.

I'm going to say the ge-7. They are cool little boxes and everyone needs one.

Update: It turns out I didn't need to pay 50 for the parts I needed, maybe 30 at the most, which leaves me with about 120, if I saved up a little more I could lay my hands on a SD JB/Jazz set.

i voteed pickup.
but...
$120?

new duncan jb=$70
used ge-7=$50

50 + 70 = 120

seeing as the ge-7 and bridge pickups were the highest vote and you now have the money to go in on them both. that's what i say.

You see I can't buy through Ebay, and buying used in sweden isn't what it is in the US, here everyone thinks they can sell something that was 500$ for 450$.

A new duncan here is like 150$, and people sell them for 80-90$.

oh, i thought you were talking u.s.d. because here a new duncan jb is only $70.

just get the pickup then.

what is $150 of you money in the u.s.?

i wonder how much it would be to ship from the u.s. to sweden. pickups being really fucking small and light, and not needing much protective packaging.

just a thought.

Yerr, but then its all this shit from my ol' man that you shouldn't give out your credit card number and shit. I think I'll go with a new pickup, maybe a used one I don't know.

150$ is about 1100 SEK, a new JB from my nearest store is 1240 sek.

Dude, wasn't sweden a member of the european union? Because if so, it should be easy to go to the german/french/british/dutch/us whatever ebay sites and aproach an seller if they want to ship to sweden. Realy, most sellers only have tought about shipping in their country, but when asked, 3 out of 4 sellers would ship to foreign countries.

ebay listing

Just make sure the shipping or border duties don't ruin the good deal for you.

slabbefusk, check out www.thomann.de , they sell JB's for 786 SEK each incl swedish taxes and everything, but their shipment is expensive, but you could always ask them to don't charge so much for the shipment as it's a small package..

Their shipment price is the same for whatever you buy, that's why it should be possible for them to lower the price for a small package..

check this site out
cheap prices, even for americans, CHEAP international shipping (i just ordered my emg-89 from there, only cost me $25 for express international delivery, so the p'up came to about £66 which is cheap compared to the £115 price in the uk), payment with credit cards or paypal...cant go wrong ;P
