I hate tilted pickups. I hate guitars with holes in them. If it had been normal with the Kahler I would have loved it.

You know. Of all the years I've been into guitars I haven't a damn clue what a tilted pup does. The strings would not be perpendicular (spelling ) to, and therefore have more lenth over, the magnetic flux field with a tilted pup but I don't know what it might do for the tone. Can anyone explain? |

Its actually just for aesthetics. at least thats what i belive.some say its mellows out the tone a bit. but i call bullshit.
BTW youy spelled perpendicular correctly. |

Fucking retarded...
The reason EVH slanted his humbuckers was because the string didnt line up with the coil's, this was before the f-spaced humbucker was created. So I have NO idea why they slanted the humbucker, the holes are retarded.. that must be the thinnest sounding guitar ever, EMG and random holes everywhere.. talk about tone sucking.
The Boomerang inlays are nice though but the old Kahler behind the nut locking nut is retarded..
