can i use a floyd rose locking nut with a kahler flat mount bridge...?

Yes! Yes you can, and I use that setup too. Kahler nut locks are not as good as the Floyd design. I think many players that use Kahlers also the Floyd nuts. In fact, just about every guitar I see with a Kahler has a Floyd nut, or after market floyd nut, installed too.
Edit: Take a look at my Ran sometime and you will see that it has a Floyd nut. Come to think of it, Slayer use Floyd nuts too with Kahler bridges.

floyd nuts are awesome. The kahler ones are a little weird though.

The Kahler locknuts go behide the actual nut and are just kinda a pain in the ass while Floyd locknuts are the nut. Kahler bridges are the shit and are easier to use and opperate than floyds, but when it comes to lock nuts they switch roles in comparison.

I have a locknut guitar, and you basically have the silver piece you put the string into, and you screw down a screw and tighten the string, what do you mean by "behind" when you talk about kahler?
