I got an advance finalized copy today and....

It sounds like Mr. Barnes has taken about 2/3rds of the socks out of his mouth (as heard on Bringer of Blood), dropped any political-ness to songs (even though screaming noooowaaarrrrr isn't that political) and it comes with a second disc of Live in San Fran, 2002 (which means no Bringer of Blood songs).

So yeah, I recommend.

I heard like 3-4 songs and it sounds no different to me.

I've yet to hear "13" (I may have heard one song or so). It amazes me how so many people hate SFU. Their music isn't the best -- by far. But there are definitely some fans out there. Still, to me, they seem like the kind of band where you've heard one album and you've them all. So it's just a matter of whether you like it in the first place or not. One thing that pisses me off about Barnes is that he uses those sickening high-pitched screeches. I guess he thinks it sounds evil and scary. It's just sounds like someone ripped his balls of with eyebrow tweasers to me. The albums where he leaves that shit out will be the best.

Well, I'm a Six feet under fan basicly since the moment they formed. And I think 13 is an okay album. Some songs are really bad considering steve is a amazing guitar player if you watch him on some practise dvd's. And the vocals of barnes always sounded good to me. Damn, it's a clear growl.

Six Feet Under always bored the hell out of me. I bought Bringer of Blood and took it as a joke. Me and my cousin would be listening to it laughing our asses off at how stupid it was. "America....THE BRUTAL!!!!!!!" I seriously can't see why people like them that much.
