n00bish question
ok here is kind of a dumb question...what is tremolo picking? I've only been playing guitar for about 2 months so i dont know all of the terms yet...my best guess is that it is very fast alternate picking, but i dont know if that is correct.
thanks

That really wasn't a bad question. I could think of some really noobish questions like,
OK, I got a Guitar and the amp. The amp is pluged in, turned on, and turned up, but I get no sound from the guitar. The guitar is turned up too. What is wrong. -Answer would be that the dude forgot to buy the guitar cord that plugs into the amp
The wrose thing would be he post later that the guitar is pluged into the amp but he gets nothing but shocked everytime he touches the guitar. Answer is cause he is pluged into the output

Pssh, did the same fucking thing before. I once tried to play a Dual Rectifier at Guitar Center and I was fucking around with it for like 3 minutes wondering why it wasn't working cuz the power was on and everything, then I looked in the back and saw that it wasn't hooked up to the cab. Also the other day when I tried to play with a Blue Voodoo, the power turned on and all, and I blasted it up but it wasn't working, so after like 4 minutes I called one of the guys that work there and he's like "You know why it's not working? Cuz you have it on standby." Hey, can't blame me, I've never owned a tube amp.
