Hey guys, i'm totally fucked up when it comes to amps and stuff...

I have some questions...

I have a little combo amp 15w, is it possible for me to make a "more powerfull" amp, re-build the amplifier, change speaker?

things here in Brazil are so expensive, i need to learn how to make a amp, there are any web-site that people teach how to make one?

i'm thinking in work with that kinda of stuff too, where should i learn that kinda of electrician stuff?

another thing, i have a bass combo amp, can i turn it to a guitar amp, make it sound like a guitar amp, without the "bassy" sound?

If its tube, you might change tubes or get it modded, but even then why? It probbalby came with a small speaker right? Your tone and volume are restricted by the small speaker annyway. And changing the amplifier? It'll probbalby take less effort, money and time to buy a new amp than building or changing one yourself. People keep asking, but its just no good. Unless its some kind of hoby...

making good amps is very hard, my guitar teacher got his degree in electrical engineer and made himself a nice jazz amp, but to make a good amp you need generations of experiance behind you. But yes it is possible to make a half decent ,i guess, amp from your local electritians store, just as long as they sell capacitors and resistors and what not.

The only major difference between a bass amp and a guitar amp is the filtering. You might be able to make a comparison between your bass combo and the schematic for the same make and year guitar amp schematic and pick out which capacitors, inductors, and resistors are used for filtering and need to be changed.

Since your 15W amp is already doing the proper guitar filtering, you can also tap the output of that and feed into any PA, home stereo, or car stereo amp for higher gain. I have played through my car stereo in the past and it kicked ass. It's really all about filtering. The cabinets, speakers, and amps are all designed to shape the sound into something different than what is coming out of your pickups. Once that shaping is complete in one way or another you can always feed it into a high power amplifier with flat gain of any type.

I have rebuilt two Marshalls from the ground up using this guys instructions as well as I am working on a Soldano SLO100 clone right now.
