You should enjoy the 3 bands. Its not Suffocation's greatest, but its not bad. I haven't heard that MA album. You'll like the Hate Eternal.

What do you think the best suffo and MA albums are. The only Hate Eternal songs i heard were king of all kings like 5 years ago when i just started getting into metallica....HA, but if its br00tal tech death metal then i aint got a problem with any of it.

Suffocation's best work is definately "Despise The Sun" EP. You'll probably find it for $14, and think that 5 songs aren't worth it. If you find it, PICK IT UP. Morbid Angel I can't comment, considering I only own Domination. One of the other guys can answer this.
As for Hate Eternal, I hear that Conquering the Throne is their better work. I enjoyed "King of All Kings," so I have high hopes for "Conquering." Ask any more questions if you need to.

*cough*Effigy Of The Forgotten*cough*
Always remember that Dissection talks through his rectal sphincter. Roadrunner do a "two from the vaults" double CD deal on Effigy Of The Forgotten and Pierced From Within so buy that.
As for Morbid Angel, Covenant or Formulas Fatal To The Flesh are their best work but all of their albums are of a high standard (as are Suffocation's) so you won't be disappointed in any case.

I ordered the LP boxset, plus Unquestionable on CD. I'll probably order the other two on CD a bit closer to the release date.
Oh yeah, and I finally ordered a real copy of Cynic's focus. The CD-R that I've had for a good 15 months or so is getting pretty old. This one just slipped through the net, I'm surprised (and dissapointed) at myself for not ordering this at an earlier date.

I think reading it is the best in the original language (English), since the books contains so much made up words. These words created by the writer (forgot her name) are made up by the translator again. For example, in the Dutch translation, Moogle = Dreuzel, I think in this case the original sticks more to the spirit of the book than the translation.

Ibanez RG570!
It actually has a 'locking' tremolo on it. My last Ibanez had a shit trem where you still had to slide the string in the rear of the bridge. In the next couple of weeks, I'm gonna strip down and paint it. I'm thinkin 2 stage paint job. Light primer, then a light metallic silver with a metallic demin blue on top, and for finishing, I'm thinkin pewter + pearl + pearl (with glitter shit in it).

Nah, I like everything I've heard from them, including the new tracks. Chaotic Matrix is my favourite too.

Just bought:
As I Lay Dying armband
Bury Your Dead pin
Tool shirt on clearance.
Just stole:
Suffocation "souls to deny" shirt.
Stealing from Hot Topic is uber kvlt. $18 for a band shirt is fucking shite.

Bury Your Dead = Hardcore
As I Lay Dying = Metal/Hardcore
Tool = Gods, IMO.
Total spent on said items: $14.48
Suffocation shirt: $18
Point, set, match. Besides, HT already paid the band for the merchandise. So its HT's loss if it gets stolen, not Suffocation's. DAAAAYYYYUMMMN.

No, seriously. I opened my bag, my buddy threw it in, and I dropped the bag so he'd have to carry it out. I'm not gonna lie. If anything, most people would lie and say they stole it themselves just to look "cool." Thats not me. I asked him to do it, because I'm lacking in funds, and haven't gotten any new shirts in a while. Besides, he had just got done stealing a pair of girls pants from JC Penney's (he's a hardcore kid. used to be metal. my work failed. ). So yeah, I did nothing but ask him to and open the bag.

I understand completely. I just had to know what really happened. If you ever come to visit me I need to feel like I can trust you. I don't think it was the right thing to do but I see why it happened. It's over and done. Nothing more then just talking about it can be done now. We all still once or more in our lives. It is normal for young people imo, but the difference between the adults and children is integrity. Integrity is the ability to always do the right thing even in the present face of what is wrong. It is a hard thing to learn and some adults never learn that moral value. It is the difference between a citizen and a criminal.

stealing is gay and childish , and stealing from hot topic justbecase they suck doesnt have any effect on them anyways. in restaurants if you walk out before paying the bill your waitress loses the cost of the dinner out of their paycheck. it might be like that in hot topic, especially if they start noticing clothes walking off during certain shifts

Its because they give idiots jobs at hot topic. Seriously, by having someone walk around constantly at that store, they could cut losses due to stolen merchandise in half. But the fact is, that all three of the employees in the store at the time of said theft were talking to eachother in an area where not all of the store could be seen. I won't say they bring it upon themselves, but the 3 assholes working should be fire on the spot.
Personally, Soul, I do not steal. Granted, I helped on the shirt, but I've had many an opportunity, and have passed it up just because of who I am. I have seen what stealing can lead to. And I could have stolen all 3 of the items I DID buy that day, but hey, I didn't. So its obviously not something I like doing. I'm finished with this, considering its all been answer.
And I just spent money on a show last night. Paulson was very good. I just didn't have enough $ left over to get any of their merchandise.

My copy of Cosmic Genesis came in yesturday. Is it me or does Vintersorg have a kind of voice you'd find in a renaissance fair. I really enjoy it though. Hazaa!

Especially if you want to sell it in the future. If you're not going to sell it in the future, I don't see why you'd want to keep it in it's covers permanently. Give them a spin!

Unwrap carefully.
Remove CD carefully (with gloves, so as to not leave marks)
Burn CD onto computer/CD-R
Put CD back.
Put back in plastic covering and re-seal without leaving any marks.
And then you can have your collectors edition Atheist albums and listen to them. Maybe that would work. I dunno. Doubtful that I have the patience.

theres a difference between the CDs and the vinyl set. leave the vinyl set alone and listen to the cds. the cds themselves arent rare, they are just expensive (dont you hate that? theres always like 2 unquetsionable prescences on ebay and theyre both usually 40+...why cant we agree they arent rare and should go for 20??)
the cds seem to have a limitless production rate so i would go ahead and listen to those

Yeah I haven't opened it. Don't think I will. I'd really love to check out the enlarged album covers (Atheist album covers all look sick, particularly P.O.T.) but I'd be forced to put my 4-iron through the wall if I found that it was like a three disc LP case thing hidden in there.
One side of me says "Open it, as if you'd want to fucking sell this shit!", "While the other tells me to leave it as it is. Either way, it looks nice on top of my wooden TV cabinet.
