Went to the store today and bought ace combat x, star wars force unleashed, and final fantasy tactics: the war of the lions...and a memory chip. I haven't played any FF games before, so I hope that's a good one.

Good choice in games. FF Tactics is a lot different from other FF games. It's a strategy RPG instead of a turn-based RPG like the majority of FF titles. Be prepared to clock in more hours in a single game than you have put into the last few games you have played.

Pool Table
300 dollars. good deal, but its not solid wood. unexpected assembly on the legs. its a mix of wood and plastic parts that interlock pretty seamlessly. all pieced together, it looks good.

Sweet!!! I emailed him and he said he was gonna list some even more obscure shirts and some posters... win win situation here. I could spend a lot of money buying his shit.

yeah, i set it up with a friend last night. took about 2 hours. the instructions recommend 4 adults to assemble it, but whatever. pretty heavy, but i think our backs are fine. hah.
Pic
the room is hardly done. i painted the walls 2 days ago, and put the carpet in yesterday afternoon. the curtains are waiting and all other decorations i'll install.

This may potentially get ugly. He set a buy it now for 175 so I had to put an end to that. This thing won't fit me but I'd sure like to have it anyways. Un-fucking-worn!! Shame I didn't know about the last one that sold... it only went for like 65 bucks.

too bad wacken is a complete shit festival since a year or 2. I went 4 executive times, but lately the line-up has been so utterly crap and the festival has become so large that I prefer smaller, 1-day festivals with an awesome lineup.
which is a shame really, since the atmosphere at Wacken is truly one-of-a-kind.

Dwarves? Are we looking at the same thing? And 40 bucks is pretty cheap, since brand new ones are going for 60. That is, if we're looking at the same thing.

$ 550, i guess it retails for much more (around 1000 or so) but this one was considered "b-stock" cause it came from the factory with some light scuff marks on the back which you can hardly see

ahahahah I hate ebay so much
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...em=180324160645
I only bought that shirt because it is rare Toxik memoribilia, and they're the only band I collect all different kinds of shit for. If it was any band other than Toxik, I wouldn't have bought it. And it ain't ratty, it's mint

eh, i like fisher. It's a matter of opinion i guess. Either way, i really dig the album and i know a few other people here will too. Paul's drumming style changed a little and it's much more tolerable now. the blasting is more tasteful and he has more groove this time around.

The documentary about the making-of was hilarious in some moments!
And the CD blew me brain out. I fuckin`love that album
Indeed Priests of Sodom was one of the best opening tracks I heard so far (only "Moonchild" was cooler )

yeah acutally i just checked out the dvd. I'm surprised how much detail they actually put into it. Usually dvds that come with an album are just a few minutes of behind the scenes shit, but that actually went into detail with the entire recording process and their gear. I really dig Shatter Their Bones. I wish Rob wrote more stuff on the album. It has a unique sound to it.

I agree, Fisher ranks very high among DM vocalists. Great range and all-around versatility, as opposed to the typical (and often monotonous) one-dimensional growls and grunts that characterize the genre as a whole.
Paul's drumming is the only thing about CC I don't love; it's not bad, but it has the tendency to become repetitive. It's especially obvious on their older work, like Butchered at Birth. A lot of the reason they don't play as many songs from that album live is that the drumming becomes tedious and repetitive.

Homemade iced tea is the shit. Anyone else here like iced tea instead of hot tea? and I'm not talking about that overly sweet iced tea garbage you can get at a gas station.

I FUCKING love Green Tea. My favorite kind is Genmai Cha Green Tea
I also bought a well-sized container of Gunpowder Green Tea recently. That stuff is strong and good. I also have this Ban-Cha green tea that I'm not too fond of. I recently got these weird Herbal Blends from that site (Adagio). I have the Sagittarius and Leo blends. Both are pretty good and relaxing. I almost ALWAYS use loose-leaf tea, because it lets the tea steep so much better.
But yea, if you're a Green Tea fan try out the Genmai Cha.

I always use loose-leaf tea. I find that teabags ruin the taste, but that's just me. I'm a HUGE fan of ordinary black tea, however I like it very strong, with a moderate amount of sugar and very little milk, or sometimes none at all. My second favourite would have to be Karkade (Egyptian Hibiscus tea) It has a very pleasant refreshing taste, with a hint of fruityness. I can only drink it at night though, because it can make you very sleepy and relaxed, but it is a lovely peaceful feeling. (It can be used as a natural sleep aid) And it works like a bloody charm! If I can't sleep, I can have one cup of this stuff and be out cold within 10 minutes! There are also many health benefits associated with the tea.
I'm not really a big fan of plain green tea. But I do like Jasmine tea from time to time. I will also drink Rooibos tea on occasion. It might sound strange, but the taste of Rooibos tea somehow reminds me of pipe tobacco (In a good way)
Shit, now I have a craving for Rooibos Might have to go buy some tomorrow...
Edit : Not too long after posting this, I spilled some sweetened black tea in my beard. And now it is all crispy and sticky. Just thought I should let you know
