I am a sucker of bc rich ok? I am retarded for this I know but I have an 80s nj mickingbird neck thru and it shreds. I want the new white nj warlock or at least an nj beast. Are speedloaders ghey or are they cool for tremelos?

What are your opinions on the beast and warlock nj series?

My other option is a telecaster, it has fucking tone. I know tele's are gonna get bad responses too but WINTERSUN uses one.

Concerning the speedloader, I think that was thoroughly covered in the official bridge forum in the gear section.

About the Warlock, I had one years ago and compared to my Jackson it was a piece of shit.

I haven't played a bc rich so I wont comment on that, but I played a fender telecaster standard the other day and I really really liked it. Even for metal.

I play my BC Rich through Sansamp distortion and a Marhsall stack and man it sounds fucking sick!

Oh and for the record, i know you lot slag of BC Rich's to death but i couldn't give a shit, i love my one and it looks, plays and sounds kick-ass.

BC rich are ok (high end models) but still is made very poorly. i have warlock and you cant even compare it with my rg7420 by any means. maybe it is just my experience but warlock i have has to be worst quality guitar i have ever played. so it sits here as it looks cool, but totaly worthless as an instrument.

and ibanez rules jackson for money as you can get very nice RG for less than nice jackson

and ofcourse in this forum you have to add that this is my oppinion so no one cries.

I think bc rich plays shitty for price. That is general fact actually, but playability means little to me. A good musician can play any guitar and make it sound good. SO if I take $1500 and get an american made beast you think it's gonna be shite? HAHAHA NO.

back to the original topic..... i think geting an NJ Beast would be a good investment IMO of course. The thing sounds sweet, and its comfortable to ME. i know a lot of you guys say "the beast is ugly, uncomfortable and looks like shit" but for me its great, wonderful, and it looks kick ass. since you are a bc rich sucker, there is nothing wrong with that, i am a big bc rich guy too. I can vouch for the Nj beast considering i own it, its a GREAT guitar. i cant say much for the nj warlock because i have never used one, but i have used warlocks before and if you wanted one of those, then by all means you should get it. Don't let what all the "bc rich haters" have to say, persuade you in getting a different guitar. get what you want and who gives a shit what people say, we all have different opininons on everything, and a lot of these people think that whenever the word "bc rich" is mentioned, they have to go hog crazy with insults and shit.

it doesnt matter the brand name or model, just play it, if its good and worth the price, buy it!

BC Rich modles you find in guitar stores are far from playable. Ofcourse the custom shops are nice, but not worth the money you are paying for a brand name.

Speedloaders sound rotten. I have a pre-speedloader NJ Beast that I've fixed up to sound damn fine. Granted, I put replaced the shitty stock pickups and replaced them with Duncan LiveWires. Oh, and the pickup switch sucks too, had to replace that. So, unless you're planning on ripping the new Beast open, go for a Jackson.

Fortunately i can't say the same for my beast. Mine is in PERFECT working condition. The pickup switch works perfect, nothing is wrong with it. Now what you (Jittery Sniper) should do is try out a bc rich (preferably a model that is platinum or higher) and then try out a jackson. IMO bc rich will smoke jacksons but thats just me.

Sorry, when I walk into a Guitar center, I laugh. Almost every guitar is built overseas, and poorly. I own a Jackson USA SL1 and a Carvin DC200. I seriously can't stand to play a poorly set up, poorly fretted, bolt-on neck with a rosewood fretboard and cheap hardware. To me that is unacceptable and unplayable. And the guitar there that are half decent are simply over priced. There is no way a CNCed PRS should command $2,500 same with a Gibson Les Paul. It is simply not worth it. BC Rich custom shops are amazinmg guitars, but I'm pretty sure just to have an order of any sort go tyhrough the custom shop its is automaticly $4000 or close to it. I'd rather take that $4000 and get a decked out guitar built by one person step by step, and it still wouldnt take 8-12 months. Plus I'd be supporting the little guy. My point si that you can get the same exact guitar for far less if you buy from a small shop. You really think a Gibson Les Paul is worth as much as it charges? It's liek when you go in a store can you can buy Tylonal(sp?) or the Rite Aid brand. Same exact ingreients and quantity, you are just paying for the big corprate brand name.

EDIT: oh yeah I'd like to see your BC Rich come anyway near the tone and playabaility of my Jackson.

There is no comparison, whatsoever. In every possible way, my Schecter grossly outmatches that Warlock.
