Some of you will know this band (and undoubtedly love them), but it seems not enough of you know much about them.

Fantastic, and I mean FANTASTIC band out of Germany. Great combination of technicality and brutality, they really get the right mix. They have 1 album so far, "Prelude To The Tragedy" (2004) and I'm telling you, this is the best shit I have heard in ages. Absolutely awesome production and musicianship. The riffs/drumming is fast, complex and relentlessly brutal. At the same time, parts of the songs have an almost old-school feel to them, not something I can describe very well, but whatever, it's eerie as hell. And don't get me started on the vocals. I don't now too many other DM vocalists that sound much like this guy, he just sounds fucked.

Also, if you need any further incentive, Christian Muenzer (Necrophagist guitarist) used to play in this band. Obvously, he would not play in a band that doesn't fucking rule. This is NOT Necrophagist though.
