Hey i could use some advice
Hi im a guitarist in london with an Aspiring metal band and i need some advice.
I currently have in my setup
1 Epiphone Les Paul w/ Emg 81 Active pickups (the Epi is 12 years old or so)
1 Zoom 505 2
1 Carlsbro 45 Keyboard amp
now with this setup im very happy cause i get a really dry metal crunch sound and it works perfectly but i have to give the zoom back to my friend soon and i was wondering what kinda pedals can i get to give me a metallica slayer pantera sound for a decent price

Just about anything wil give you a better tone than zoom.
I guess If you like it, go buy yourself one of those. At least their probably the cheapest thing you can buy.

Very dry response, but you have to admit he's right : I would sell your keyboard amp and put together a little cash of your own. Look on E-bay for a high quality combo, you'll be surprised at what you can find. |

but the thing is the keyboard amp is very good and gives off a real good sound
as for the pedals basically im looking to spend up to
£150
so any suggestions basically i wanna do alot of metal styles ie Metallica slayer pantera
but i wanna do stuff like Satch and Vai too so whats a good pedal?
