Help with speed exercises
Does anyone have any really good speed exercises out there?since I could already play quite fast and don't seem to be getting faster at the exercises I work with and I'd like to know a few more to make my routine wider and something other that the usual chromatic exercises,some sweeps,string skipping,modal runs,taps anything that will work at any field since I've been lagging and need to get my speed and cleanliness back.

That's a pretty cool site. I've no problems with speed, I just need to get cracking on learning scales and modes.

If you have an hour or two on your hands, sit down and read through this whole thing, and do all the excercises.

Anything more advanced????I could pick fast and play fast and all,just that when I thaught No Boundaries was gonna be the hardest,I want something harder.So any help with something like that??

Man i had a look at that Joel Wanasek dude's site and wow, he is fast. Theres a link to it at one of those lesson pages.
