john l. (former drummer of origin) makes bagels at a coffee shop in town! our town has maybe 30,000 people in it so its not like living in NYC

They rule, heard them a few days ago. I honestly can say that John Longstreth's absense doesn't hurt them at all. Good shit.

Thanks dude I should've experimented a lot more with the amp settings and what not, cause they weren't punchy enough. We were pressed for time on that recording though, but whatever it was our first offering.

It was decent, I'm not sure I'll buy the album though.

I've got "Informus..." and I listen to it every now and then when I'm pissed off.

I heard that amp is badass. I recorded thru an older Line 6 head/cab. I think I had it set on the Rectified setting cause it didn't have my favorite Insane setting.

Nah, I mean Gutrot has no steady drummer. Zach has some off time to write and record, but he can't commit to being the full-time drummer. I don't really know what's going on, we played a show just this past January(which was my last day in the band) and I haven't talked to them since. They're all about touring and shit, but I won't do it.

yeah it is haha. Touring isn't for me cause I can't afford to lose my full-time job, and you need a good amount of cash saved to pull that off comfortably. I'm having fun just jamming in my room and writing the way I want to write.

I wrote literally hundreds of reviews for various webzines/websites/mags quite a long time ago - and I'm still on labels mailing lists.
