I pretty much want the rest of the Dreaming Neon Black album. If anyone has a link to a tab archive with all the songs or most tabbed out, it'd be appreciated. I realize we have about half of the album here, so don't be a dick and tell me most of it is already here.

This site has the most DNB tabs on the internet. Sorry. If anybody would like to tab the rest of the album, and every other song Nevermore put to tape, I'd appreciate it, though.

Here's "The Learning" rhythm. Solos will be added in the future. I'm thinking of doing "Politics of Ecstasy" and "Sorrowed Man" is about half done, but I got tired of it.

Is there a band I like with a clean singer you haven't tabbed, man? Jesus, The Learning's a monster, too. I think Smyth said that was the song he had the most trouble learning when he joined.

Loomis tabbed The Sorrowed Man (along with, if I'm remembering right, The Seven Tongues of God, The Sanity Assassin, This Sacrament (with leads), and 42147) on the Nevermore site, by the way. I don't think he did the leads, but there's a version with leads here. But Politics would be appreciated if you ever get the time for it. Hell, anything would. Though, considering you'd be working on some other band I love if you don't have the time for it, that's cool too. Thanks for the link to The Learning.

Yeah, The Learning is probably my favorite song of any band because the lyrics paint a picture with the music so well, can't wait for "Sentient 6 (The Learning part 2)" on their upcoming album.

Politics, the song, is on my list to do soon. It shouldn't take as long as this tab did since there are only a handful of riffs as opposed to The Learning.

I saw those tabs Loomis did, I think he either forgot the songs when he did them or maybe a ghost writer did them because for Sanity Assassin, there's no hammer ons in the opening riff as he shows it. And for Sorrowed Man, he has the right chords towards the end, but the notes are picked out in a different order. I'm sure he just sat down one night and wrote it and forgot the specific details, very easy to do after writing 50+ songs and trying to do one from memory .... I can't remember some of the shit I wrote either, and I haven't written much at all.

Enough blabbing, time for beer. Enjoy the Learning, and hopefully leads will be up within a few months. Someone else is doing them so it's out of my hands.

Yeah, I noticed that in The Sanity Assassin. He also tends to leave out ranom parts for no discernible reason. I don't think tabbing out his own songs is very high priority for him, though he's supposed to be doing some more for his own site when he gets the chance.

Did you ever check out his board before it became members only? Not many full tabs, but a lot of Nevermore solos got tabbed out and verified by Jeff and Steve, of which I have a handful. Not The Learning, though. I don't think I ever expected to see a tab of that. I got around to playing through it and it sounds great. Let me know when the leads are added.

Really? A Learning Pt. 2? Shit, that'd be great, assuming they could live up to expectations. But Nevermore haven't disappointed me yet. I remember, when I first picked up Politics I couldn't stop listening to this song. I'm not sure I'd say it's my favorite song, but it's definitely the best closer I can think of. Especially since I still can't listen to that song without repeating it at least once.
