Disturbed v. Phish?

I just heard this about one of my favorite bands, I and wanted to know the legitimacy of it.
Disturbed threw a 3 day festival in Chicago. Their new guitarist's wife was pregnant at the time and started getting badmouthed by one of the members of the band called Phish. But isn't Phish a jazz band? Anyway, the members of Disturbed jumped off the stage and beat the crap out of this Phish guy and sent him to the hospital with a 6 month jail sentence to folllow.
Anyone else hear of this?
