Has anyone ever used an Alesis Bassfire 60

I bought this amp and now that I have one, (which is not working well and is going back for a new one) I am starting to wonder if I made a good choice or not.
Has anyone out there used one or have one and what is your opinion on it. Don't worry about hurting my feelings, I have 45 days to play with it and decide, but I value your input.

Look for online shops which sell this Amp. Often there are user comments to the products. maybe you can find some comments about your Amp.
