It's funny you should mention cock tattoos, because I remember seeing a video clip once of a guy getting his testicles tattooed. They sliced open his bag and worked directly on the testicle. his left arm is half sleeve (below elbow to wrist), same tribal with a bit of celtic in there.

A friend of mine just got out of prison and he's got the most hilariously awful tattoo on his forearm. Not only is it a cheesy Grim Reaper, but it was done so poorly that it literally looks like he got it out of a vending machine at some cheap, Midwestern carnival. The shading is all fucked up and its peeling everywhere (although to be fair, he did get a nicely drawn one on his upper-arm that looks pretty legit and is pretty impressive considering what they have to use to do it). What's kind of ironic is that he got it after the good one.
